2NE1 is a Korean girl group consisting of CL, Minzy, Dara, and Bom. 2NE1 stands for “New Evolution of the 21st Century”. They first appeared in the song Lollipop with the group BigBang. They mostly sing about independence and female empowerment, and the genres change from song to song.
